Your Exercise Videos Helped me to Beat Bulimia!

Hi Rumi! First of all I want to say that you are a huge inspiration - I think you have the perfect body and I aspire to have one just as good as yours!
I wrote to you a few months ago, for advice on an exercise program. However, what I did not tell you was that I was suffering from an eating disorder, bulimia, and also body dysmorphic disorder, so I had a distorted image in my head of what my body looked like.
I was extremely unhappy, thin, but untoned, and of course I always felt fat. I read that exercise was a good anti-depressant and when I found your site with free workout routines that didn't seem too hard, along with free eating guidelines, I knew I had found something brilliant.
I used to hate my body, think I was fat all the time, and I would sometimes eat almost nothing, and other times eat too much and then throw it all up after...I was in a very bad place.
But after trying your videos and eating plan for only ONE WEEK I noticed instant results. Suddenly, I like my body and I think I feel amazing.
Of course bulimia is a complex disease and it is very hard to recover fully but I'm confident that YOU have helped my recovery.
Thank you Rumi, for aiding my recovery from bulimia, and for giving me my life back. You have no idea how much you've done for me. :)
