I weigh 210 lbs, I’m 5’4″, 22 years old and female. I would like to lose 80 lbs. I have tried not eating bread, not eating meat, eating smaller portions of food. Eating lots of vegetables and fish and I hate fish.
I’ve also taken just about every diet pill out there and some seem to for a little but not enough to make a difference.
I followed this one diet where it was an all soup diet, problem with that you always feels hunger and like you have no energy. I have a 5 yr old son I have to have energy! I have tried some different exercise routines. I’ve tried yoga, not really fun for me. Did tyboa (can’t spell) for awhile but I think that helped my arms and legs some but not my stomach area and my stomach area is my biggest concern.
I lift weights, do push -ups and sit ups, run on the tread mill. I’ve done a lot of different things and none seem to help my stomach area. I’m getting married in 6 months and I have a 5 yr old son and I would love to look better for my wedding and to just be healthier for my son. If you can help me I would really appreciate it.
Thanks,
Nicole

Hi Nicole, I see that you tried a lot things and you didn’t see results. I can’t comment on things you have tried because I don’t know them in details.
I can give you my recipe for a successful weight loss, you will see results after the first week, but please don’t stop and don’t jump on another diet or exercise. Follow my diet for a month along with my exercises.
Than after a month you can add a diet pill, I explain here why after a month: best diet supplement – please understand how diet pills work and don’t expect miracles from them.
Try this diet for busy people. If you get used to foods in this diet, than you can change with one of my diet plans (they all work, based on high protein and low carbs principles).
Please do every day 2 of my exercise videos – there is a schedule how to combine them.
Use the comments to ask me more questions. I am sure you will lose your weight, don’t worry, my diets and exercises are reliable and tested.
