I am sixteen years old, five foot three, a mom, and a college student. I have achieved all my academic goals. Lately I have been trying to lose some weight. I want to be a good looking mom. Who doesn’t?
I now weigh 195 lbs. and I’m not proud of myself. I have been using Slim-Fast shakes and bars, my treadmill, and my weight bench. None of which have been very effective. Even swimming for fitness classes at my college.
The shakes helped a little. I lost two pounds the first week. But of course (just like every diet) the shakes are no longer effective. I am still hungry and still not losing any weight. The bars are the same. Nothing is changing.
The jogging has made my legs stronger but only helps a little bit with the weight. Lifting weights has helped my arms and built up some muscle. Swimming is helping both but my stomach is the problem. Concentrating on my flab is hard. It is difficult to find exercises that will actually work.
This is my story. I know I’m not alone.

Jannelle, thank you for your story. In most cases the reason why people don’t lose weight is because of their diet, not because of workout routines. What I suggest is to change your eating lifestyle, without this it is hard to lose weight.
Here is my quick weight loss plan, which contain all the necessary food to lose weight. Diet plan doesn’t mean to starve or to drink shakes – it means to eat fat burning foods in the right amount.
Combine my diet plans with my exercise videos and after a week you will start to see results. But give diet plan and exercises at least 3-4 weeks to see really good evidence that you are losing weight.
