Young and obese

me at 19 years old
I am only 22 years old 5'1 and weight 192 pounds. At the age of 18 I weighed 230 pounds. At 19 I had gotten married and and by 20 already in the middle of a divorce.
Due to my divorce and all the applied stress in my life was the only way I was able to drop my weight from 230 to 182 pounds. Now again at 22 years of age I have gained more weight and it seems I can never lo0se weight unless I am stressed out to my limit.
I have lost faith in myself to ever get to my ideal weight until now. I want a change in my life and I feel it has to start with my weight.
Currently the only progress that I have is the dedication in myself to try to walk and jog at least an 1/2-1 hr everyday. I can't afford a personal trainer or even a gym membership right now.
So the open air (yet free) workout is all I can do. I would love an extra boost of whatever I can get. Help!
Thank you,
Samantha

Hi Samantha, you have lovely smile :) Sorry for your challenges in life but you seem a strong person and you will sort it out soon.
It is very good that you do jogging, it helps a lot to lose weight. There is a hint that can push you to burn more fat while jogging.
You need to jog in intervals - jog for a minute moderate, than for a minute jog as fast as you can and so on, alternate different speed non stop. The thing is that when you jog with constant speed you are in your comfort zone and the body doesn't spend the fat in this zone.
You need to push the body beyond the comfort zone.
The other important thing is what you eat - You can't lose weight if you don't eat right, no matter how long you exercise, without a diet, you can't lose weight.
So, chose one of my diet plans, and follow it exactly how it is written, no any changes, no anything added by you. All my diets work, so doesn't matter which one you choose.
Try my diet and interval jogging for a week and you will see weight drop. Please keep us informed about your progress.
All the best,
Rumi
