How to choose which is perfect workout for you?



Action #1

Gather as much information as you can – from friends, internet sites, visit sport clubs. Ask trainers to explain you their workouts and think which best fits to you. For example if you want to loose weight quickly try weight training plus diet plan and cardio 3 times per weeks.

If you have health problems for you is perfect hatha yoga – because asannas (exercises) are designed to fit to every body and also you will learn how to manage your thoughts and emotions.

Callanetics is for people who don’t like energetic movements. Callanetics will help you to develop your stability and you will discover every muscle in your body. You do exercises using your body weight, and you will learn your body.

Aerobics – you can combine it with all above described workouts because aerobics develops your cardio vascular strength, lights function and of course helps you burn fat. There are several types of aerobics workouts – my advice is to try all of them and to choose which one best fits you. For example step aerobic is very popular and very good impact obesity.

Action #2

Try several workouts. Here are some of my home made video workouts with exercises for different muscles. You can try them at any time and any place.

If you like more than one workout – do all of them. Don’t do workouts which are boring for you. You have to enjoy what you do because fun increase workout impact.

For example you can go to fitness for a month or two and after that stop with fitness and try callanetics. Everything depends on you and how you feel.

If you feel not good in the gym you can do several things:

- stop going to gym and start going to aerobics for example.

- or change the sport club, may be you don’t like the environment or people who visit this gym. Try to feel pleasure, try as many different things as you can – because sometimes we can not imagine what is out there and we have to explore possibilities.

-Take a friend (or why not a group of friends) and go together to workout. After training you can go to have lunch together, or go to cinema or just have fun telling each other what funny situations you had in the sport club.

Action #3

Talk with people. You will discover that they have same problems as you. And it is always good to learn that you are not alone in the hard way to change your health habits.

Start to talk with strangers in the sport club. Hey, you already have common interests – they like you workout and remember that they feel as frustrated as you and they also need somebody to talk about weight loose, health, obesity, different workouts. Exchange ideas and experience with these people – you are so close with them.

Action #4

Study foods, diet plans and healthy living. Once you loose weight you need to follow common diet principles, workout regularly and live your happy life. You need to be on special diet plan only for the time you want to burn fat. But ones you reach your desire body weight you don’t need to limit yourself with food. But don’t over do eating, eat healthy, workout and that’s it!
