This is very hard whole body workout, but extremely effective to cut the fat fast.
There are 8 exercises, alternate 60 and 30 seconds intervals while doing exercises.Below the video there are links for download, explanation how to do every exercise and you can ask me questions.

1. Prisoner Squat with Knee up – do as many reps as you can for 60 seconds.
2. Kneeling Push ups – 30 seconds.
3. Jump Rope Skips with high Knees – 60 secs
4. Burpees with push up and jump – 30 secs.
5. Side lounge with touch down – 60 seconds.
6. Mountain Climber – 30 seconds
7. Leg Raises – 60 secs.
8. Side jump squats – 30 seconds
Do this whole body workout 2-3 times for faster fat burn. I took the idea for this whole body workout from Zuzana, she has excellent technique and hope someday I will have the same.

My name is Sabine, I am 20 years old, I am a student. I love to eat vegetables and fruits everyday and from time to time a little junk food. I am a curvy girl and also I feel that i have large shoulder and a large upper body than usual girls of my age. I weight 65kg, my height is 1m 68cm. I don’t cook, because mum cooks for me and my family and usually it’s rice and curry but they also prepare european food too, with steamed veg and salmon with a hollandaise sauce and so on. My boyfriend’s sister is getting married and I want to suck up those fats off my body and look a little slim. How can I be consistent on exercising and on my diet? Please help me Rumi…Thanks

I am 5’3″, 120 lbs, and 17 yrs old.
I eat mainly asian food, and occasionally maybe italian and rarely american. I eat white mixed with brown rice every day at least once and multi-grain or whole grain bread sometimes. I eat at least 2 cups of cooked/stir-fried/steamed veggies each day and 1-2 pieces of fruit. As for protein, I have mainly fish, chicken (either white or red- I know, but I love the thigh meat!), or some bean curd or tofu. I have sushi at least once a week.
I eat 3 times a day with a snack around 3:45-4. I cannot have many meals a day because my medicine is required to be taken on en empty stomach.
I eat I think 1700-2000 calories a day? I don’t count so it is not exact.
Here’s an example of what I eat in a day:
Breakfast: 1 cup skim milk, a boiled egg, 1 cup of Kashi cereal, and a banana.
Lunch: 1 cup of sweet pepper and onion confit, 1 cup of angel hair pasta, a few broccoli florets, 1/2 cup tomato pasta sauce, cubed baked chicken breast, and a clementine.
Snack: one serving of Fiber Selects Wheat Thins Garden Vegetable (120 calories) and maybe a lit
Dinner: 1 cup white mixed with brown rice, 1-2 cups mixed cooked veggies, egg tomato spinach soup, stir-fried bean curd, and duck. (Note I do not know how much I eat of the dishes since we Chinese do not lay out ourportions)
I exercise anytime between 4-7 pm almost every day for 15-30 min depending on what days I have school. I started following your videos 3 weeks ago and find them challenging, but rewarding afterwards. A few times I may have a protein shake after a workout.

How r you, I have seen daily workout video. I am not able to do this daily in the morning can i do this in the evening. at 5.00 or 6.00pm.
Mohana, you can workout any time during the day or night. It is best on empty stomach because of 2 reasons. First you use for energy stored fat and second working out with full stomach is so difficult.

Its so amazing to watch your videos and learn and practice from them. Thanks a ton on behalf of all the ladies in my society. Kindly let me know few more effective exercises for my calves as they are extremly heavy and my husband hates my legs due to that. I am not able to wear capris, skirts or any short dress due to heavy legs. Please recommend something to remove fat from my calves.

i eat 3 4 times in a day, and i eat just eggs fish vegetables and a bit of fruit, i stopped chocolate and smoking

Thank you so much for this website and your workouts. I have been doing them for about 3 weeks 6days a week and I’ve lost 7 pounds so far. I’m 38 soon to be 39. I’m 5’4 and overweight.
