I am 21 years old and I want to lose weight I’ve already been with a ton of nutritionists since I was 16 years old. It did work out perfectly in fact I didn’t gain the weight until about a year ago. When I began college.
You know the whole change new place I didn’t look over my eating habits anymore so I re-gained about 8 kg. And I’m really looking forward to lose them again, I have been very frustrated since last year because I have tried a few old diets without any real result and that obviously has made me feel even worse!
People everywhere say you’re not fat and technically I’m not but I’m definitely overweight! I just want to go back to my original self. hehe. And one of my main questions was if I make one of your diets I should only make that one alone or can I vary between them, so I won’t get bored?

Also something else. Could I make the detox diet then go on with the low carb diet?

Hi Edna, you can alternate my diet plans, for example every week start with a new – they all work, so don’t worry.
There is no need to start with the detox diet.
Also consider doing my exercise videos – they will speed up losing weight.
