What is wrong with my diet?
by Anna
(Australia)
Hi, I came originally from Russia, and now I am a student in Australia. I have been in Australia for 3 years and gained 12kg. I am trying to eat healthy but it is not working.
I am eating salads, veggies and fruits every day. But my weakness is a coffee latter. I am drinking coffee for breakfast before uni. I drink about 2 liters of water and trying to do some exercises about 4 times a week.
I do some running and jogging and some weights training.I do sit ups.
I do not like fast food so am not eating this food at all. Sometimes I can let myself to have chocolates - but not a lot. I also do not like bread and I don't eat burgers and wraps. I eat a lot of fish.
My main problem with my figure is my legs they are so fat and big. I have good neckline and do not have tummy but my legs really bad. I am 172cm and 72 kg.
What is wrong with my diet?
Answer
Hi Anna, can you give me an example of one day what you eat from the breakfast till you go to bed? Also write the quantity of food you eat.
I can't tell you what is wrong with your diet without exact details what you eat (with quantities).
One more thing: fruits are healthy food and you can eat plenty of them without gaining weight but they also don't give you the chance to lose weight because they contain sugar.
While losing weight limit to one fruit per day. After you reach your desired weight you can eat as many as you want.
All the best,
Rumi
