What is a meal plan to help me gain only muscle?

My name is Amy Buckland. I am a stay at home mom of 2. I workout at least 4 days a week here at home with a step workout routine and some ab workout routines.
I want to gain more muscle and lose a small amount of belly fat? I am 5'11" and 140 pounds. My target areas are legs and abs.
What is a meal plan that I can follow to help me obtain this goal? I have seen many people who have eaten protein trying to gain muscle and actually gained a lot of weight with the muscle.
How can I prevent this from happening to me?

Hi Amy, it is very easy to make muscles visible when you eat right. Women can't gain muscles easily, because they don't have necessary amount of testosterone hormone. But when you eat right and workout at the same time, than muscle definition increases.
The protein diet is the only diet that helps gain muscles, but don't expect miracles because your body is not supposed to gain big muscles.
Here is low carb diet (this is the other name of protein diet) that I highly recommend when you want to make your muscles visible.
