PLEASE HELP ME GET RID MY THIS
I am a mother of a one year old little boy. I don’t consider myself over weight but I have a “gut” from having my son, my 2009 class prom is coming up April 24 and I’ve been invited by an old friend…my friends haven’t seen me in over 2 years after I went away to have my son and enjoy him. I’m tired of my love handles and my gut and want to feel confident when I walk into the room
What exercises can I do to lose my stomach/love handles and also shape my butt?
I know the prom is right around the corner but I am confident I can do it
Any advice?

Hi Lulu, sorry for my late answer but have hundreds of questions to answer.
Any way I will tell you my advice. Love handles exercises will help you to shape the muscles around your waist line but will not make you lose weight.
You need to start a diet plan and to eat only foods that promote weight loss.
Of course exercises will burn additional calories, try my exercise videos, there is a schedule how to do them weekly.
