What can I do to eat healthy but still have something sweet?

by Daniela
(Malta)

Hi Rumi, I recently found your website and started doing your workouts. They're great! I'm a size 6 but my inner thighs and lower belly are a bit flabby. Which exercises can I do that target those areas? also would like to tone my butt.

I'm trying to follow your week plan, do you have a cardio workout?

I also would like to eat healthy. I don't eat burgers, chips and most fast food except for pizza.

I don't like pasta and fish.

I love meat, vegetables, and fruit.

The only problem is that I love eating sweets, chocolate, cakes and ice-creams.

I don't want to eliminate them from my diet. What can I do to eat healthy but still have something sweet?

Thankyou Daniela

Answer from Rumi

Hi Daniela, there is cure for your issue ;-).

Here are my inner thighs exercises and here are abs exercises.

Now about eating healthy, losing weight and sweets.

I recommend excluding sweets for the time you are on weight loss diet - a month or two.

However if you don't want to do it than eat a small amount (not more than 4 oz per day) of them and also add jogging so you burn the calories from sweets.

Another good sweet source are protein bars that are high in protein and considerably low in carbs and fat, here is an example of such diet protein bars

Hope this helps,
Rumi
