I am 22 years old female and about 5 foot 5. I weigh 58 Kilos. I wish to lose all the weight off my stomach. My breast are small and my stomach is big.

Most days I look like I am pregnant which i am not.

In the morning my stomach would be bit smaller, but when I eat it would become fatter. I generally have a lot of fat around my gut and want to lose it.

I know that for me to lose the weight on my stomach this means me losing weight on my breast, which I wish this wasn’t the case.

I walk 1 and 1/2 hrs a day 7 days a week and try to eat 1500 calories a day. I try to eat healthy but there those days where my chocolate cravings go on the attack, but I do manage to stay within my calorie range.

I am a full time student and can put 2 hrs aside each day towards workouts.

I am looking for an effective 6 week workout regime that would help me see some results.

Thanks

Hi Sara, I know how you feel. You are not fat, maybe you have some extra weight and I will tell you how to lose stomach fat.

In my opinion with walking you can add 40 minutes exercises. Use my videos, they are very challenging at the beginning:

Exercise routines – here are my latest videos.

Exercise videos – here are my old videos, more old fashion exercises but very very effective for losing fat and especially stomach fat. There is a schedule next to them how to combine them.

I am in process of preparing of 4-8 week exercise plan and will let you know when I am ready.

You need to follow a diet plan to lose weight, here are my diet plans all of them work and will help you to lose fat.

Now a little bit about process of losing fat on your body. As you mentioned, when you lose stomach fat you lose your breasts too. This is because breasts are fat tissue.

When you spend more calories than you eat, your body starts to lose fat, but is our genes who decide where to lose frat from the body.

You can’t spot fat, so don’t worry about this, because it is out of your control. The body “decides” where to burn fat.

Regards,
Rumi
