Hi Rumi, I’m 43 years old, 1.63 m tall, weigh 57 kg. I have two kids (17 and 10). I work from 9-5 so, no time for gym. I haven’t exercised for a long time and we live in Canada (long winters).
I found your exercises on the internet and decided to do some routines 3x a week. I’m feeling more energetic, but I have a hard time doing push-ups.
I can’t do leg raises because it hurts my back, and although I’m not overweight I have this little belly always making me ashamed of wearing my bikini.
What would you recommend for that?

Hi Cleusa, The reason of having fat belly is food – you need to have calorie deficiency to lose weight and you can’t spot weight.
The body “decides” where to lose weight, but luckily usually these are spots with most fat.
You need to workout your whole body, not only abs, cause this is the right way to lose fat.
Regarding push ups and leg raises – they were very hard to me too (more than 10 years ago), I could do 1 leg raise and 0 push ups, so this is achievable. Continue trying to do them.
The reason your back hurts from leg raises is cause your core is weak and you are trying to compensate this with your back muscles and especially your lower back (waist).
Put hands under the buttocks, this will push your waist to the floor and the waist is isolated and you workout only core.
Push ups, put your knees on the floor, this is easiest way, don’t worry if you can’t do push up the right way, you need to start from somewhere.
My advice to you is to continue workout whole body and start a diet plan.

Hi rumi i found your videos.All are damn good.My age is 21 and my weight is 58kg and height is 5″4…..I WANT TO REDUCE MY FAT FROM ABDOMEN…also want my chest in shape..Last year i suffered from jaundice and i took a medicine which caused estrogen secretion due to which my breast shape is changed..a little loose..m not married az well.plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz help me how i reduce fat from tummy and get my breast in shape..
