Well, I am 33 years old, I have been thin and attractive all my life. I LOVED IT!! Over the past couple years I began to gain weight. I became less active and ate too much!! No wonder!!
Well, I went from 130,140 to now I weigh 200,205. I have been working out for one month, I have some muscle, but under a lot of fat!

This is a good site to check out! It gives me motivation!!
I used to be thin as well. In fact back in the days I used to watch my friend struggle to lose weight and used to thank god I didn’t need to bother about that. Now with two kids and been not so active as before, I find myself in my friends shoes. I have started doing this workouts and I hope they work for me, my main problem is staying motivated.
P.S i used to be 130lbs now I am 165. My greatest concern is my belly fat..its just horribly ugly.
Please don’t call it ugly when your over weight or unattractive because that’s not going to help your confidence while you loose weight. Honestly most people have issues with themselves that’s why they get fat. Kids, husband, work, stress you name it its the cause right? Best of luck dear boost your confidence up and stop looking in the mirror and putting yourself down. Try I’m sexy for a bigger woman.
Same issue here, my main problem is the belly fat, thanks a lot for these videos, i do not like going to the gyms apart from the fact that i have no time and no gym is near!
If we do this constantly as recommended with a healthy diet, how many months does it take to burn belly fat, not only create the muscles, but actually remove the outside fat?
Thanks, and keep it up!
I was also skinny and gained weight at one point. I got the weight off by dieting (cutting out snacks, really) but I want to tone my belly. I can do the ab exercises because, rather than helping my stomach, they make my neck and lower back hurt (crunches).
