Vegetarian Mother Needs to Lose Belly Fat

Hi Rumi, My name is Malu, 27 years old, weight 130 pounds, height 5.3". I delivered a baby before 9 months. Since last 6 months, I have been doing lot of abs and pelvic exercises.

My belly has reduced considerably, but not completely. My over-all body looks okay, other than this belly. Of course I know I have to work the whole body out.

I am a vegetarian and I tend to eat a diet slightly higher in carbs everyday. I also go to gym for cardio and weight training; recently I have started to do your abs workout.

I would appreciate if you could give me some advice to speed up this process.

Hi Malu, you look very nice and your baby is so sweet :-). It seems you are doing very well with your weight loss and the only thing that you miss is the final push in order to lose the belly fat.

Unfortunately belly fat can’t be burned with exercises alone. You need a diet along with exercises to lose fat not only from your belly.

I created vegetarian diet plan especially for you and for all mothers who need to lose weight but don’t eat any animal food. Try this vegan diet and you should see results after couple of weeks. The diet is very powerful and it will melt belly fat for sure. The diet is not easy and you need strong motivation, but I can see from your words that you have the right attitude and you will succeed to burn that stubborn belly fat (which we all hate lol).

Dear Rumi
Thanks so much for your concern and for recommending the diet programme. I like it very much. I am a vegetarian , and not a vegan, so I am likely to substitute tofu with low fat paneer(indian,ethnic version of tofu). everything else remains the same in the diet.

And thanks once again for fulfilling my request regarding my picture.

I am in fact doing all your exercise programme more than once a day!

I am very glad you like the diet, Malu :) It took me a day to create it, because I wanted to create fully vegan diet, which is a challenge.
