Thanks so much for your concern and for recommending the diet programme. I like it very much. I am a vegetarian , and not a vegan, so I am likely to substitute tofu with low fat paneer(indian,ethnic version of tofu). everything else remains the same in the diet.
And thanks once again for fulfilling my request regarding my picture.
I am in fact doing all your exercise programme more than once a day!
