Tzatziki is nutritional salad and can replace 1 of your 5 regular daily meals

Ingredients for Tzatziki salad:

Strained (dehydrated) yogurt
Cucumbers
Garlic
Salt

Strained yogurt may be found at Greek groceries and specialty shops, or place a cheese cloth over a medium bowl and strain the yogurt 6 hours in the refrigerator, or over night.

Tzatziki salad (or sauce) is famous as Greek origin but I think it is Bulgarian salad as well.

Adjust the amount of garlic to taste. Dice the cucumbers in small pieces and add salt, sufficient for both the cucumbers and the yogurt. Mince a few garlic cloves and add to the cucumbers and the yogurt. Mix all ingredients well and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Serve chilled.
