Tried fad diets and end up gaining more than I lost!! Now its time to make changes in my life!! Eat Healthy, exercise and stop and be happy with myself when I look into the mirror…(that one hurts) at 255 lbs I’m going to make 2009 my year to make the changes I want! With the love and support from my husband I am on my way!!
Today is the first day of my challenge…I want to return to this blog with announcements of my achievements!! My first goal is to lose 10-20lbs this month.
I want to ensure that my efforts will last me a life time – don’t want to be on a fad diet that I can lose 20lbs in two weeks and not have the strength to carry on! By writing this down it is far more surreal and motivating!
I’ve start my diet journal so I can review my food intake, exercise and how I felt…By February 2010 and I want to say to myself “what the hell took you so long to make the change!!”
