Do you really want to flatten your stomach or you’ve just saw tv ad for diet supplement and decided to check internet for free resources? You must have strong wish to succeed – this is basic rule for any success.
If somebody tell you that you can proceed to eat big amount of food and taking pills will make you to lose belly fat, this is absolutely lie. You must stop eating junk, fast and processed food.
Another thing is to workout regularly – not only your abs but your full body. Can you imagine to loose weight only around your abs and to stay fat in all other body parts? You will look funny. Your body is balanced mechanism and the only thing you have to do is to support this balance.

Fat free is the next crazy things that people believe. When in the past this became fashion all manufactures “redesign” their products to be fat free or they had to loose their sales.
Of course “fat-free” food become not so delicious and manufactures added extra sugar and flavors in order to increase the taste. The other secret of “fat free” products is that they are not so satisfying and people eat more muffins, cakes, chips …
The other crazy thing is that people love to see “fat-free” on the labels – they feel like they are doing something good and healthy.
Can you see what happen – people eat fat free food pumped up with additional sugar. And because this food doesn’t satisfy them, they eat more.
Because sugar is carbohydrate it makes us fatter. Eating more sugar for sure makes you fatter. And we come to another fashion Carbohydrates are Enemy.
