To lose the weight before I started my family

Over a year ago, I wanted a change. I was 28 years and 5'7" tall and weighed 195 lbs. I signed up at the gym with my carpool so we wouldn't have any excuses not to go. We got a trainer and she was so awesome.
Her name was Kym. She made our workout routines so fun and we only met with her once a week. Then we did the same routine twice the same week plus cardio on the machines. I stopped the gym and Sept and did the rest on my own at home.
I watched what I ate.. Cut out soda, candy, ice cream and some pizza bites. It was really hard. What motivated me too was having the Biggest Loser contest at work. I won 2 times. It was awesome. I now weigh 158.
I am not exactly where I wanna be. I would like to tone up and get a flat tummy some day. I think it helps a lot with who you workout to motivate you. At least for me.
This was a goal of mine to lose the weight before I started my family.
