Working out used to be part of my daily routine, 25 minutes per day and when I reached age 42 it failed. So I worked harder and saw little results if any = extremely discouraging.
I suspect your routine will help get me back on track. And I suspect we all tend to be more diligent from home where there are no weather excuses.
While I’m not “overweight”, I need cardio and muscle building exercises. I look forward to trying your routines, like the variation, and appreciate the fact they’re free.
