As a teenager may be you think that there has to be a special teen workout for you. Okay, you are not so far from the truth. You body is in process of changing and developing until your 24th birthday.It is very important to do any kind of activity – football, basketball, soccer, jogging, squash, tennis and not on the last place especially developed for you teen workout. Be very careful because as teenager you have very fast metabolism and after you pass 20 years your metabolism starts slow down. As a teenager you are “subscribed” for activities and eating big amount of food doesn’t cause so much your body. As you become adult you slowly cancel your “subscription” for activities but don’t cancel also the habit to eat much. Watch for that “cancel of subscription”, be very careful to stay active in whole your life. If you are under 19 years now, it is difficult to understand that and may be it is not necessary, but I hope you will remember this when your daily job swallow you.
