Sweating is a consequence of the rising of body temperature and is a natural reaction that aims to cool the body off
Sweating can also be the result of fear, stress or other strong emotions.
The parts of the body that sweat most are the armpits, the hands, the feet, the area around the genitals and the abdomen.
Sweat contains water, salt, iodine, mineral salts and unnecessary substances discarded by the body.
After abundant perspiration we need to recharge by drinking water and eating something salty.
I usually bring two small bottles of mineral water to my exercise classes and drink them for about an hour. It is important to drink water, especially when sweating heavily. It is also important to restore your mineral balance after a workout.
I use sports drinks that hydrate my body – you can find them in every sports store. Check for information on the label that the drink is specially prepared to hydrate the body during and after training.
At the end of my one-hour workout, all my clothes become wet – the top, the pants, even the socks.

The choice of clothes is important. Artificial (synthetic) fabrics do not allow your skin to breathe; they raise your body temperature and cause sweating.
There are specially developed artificial fabrics that allow your skin to breathe but as high tech, they are more expensive.
I myself prefer natural fabrics like cotton both for sports and everyday wear.
If you sweat while wearing cotton clothes, the sweat will be absorbed by the cotton and stay there as cotton dries slowly. The smell of sweaty cotton clothes is weaker because they dry slowly, letting less vapours and smell out. You must change sweaty cotton clothes though or you will stay wet for a long time.
It is just the opposite when you wear clothes made from artificial material - they dry quickly and the smell of sweat spreads out quickly in the air around you.
Many people feel embarrassed by the smell of their sweat; I find it original. Everyone smells different and perspiration differentiates one person from another.
If you take a shower once a day, you do not have to worry about sweating. If you ignore the ads on antiperspirants for a moment, you will realize that it is a natural process going on in your body.
The smell of sweat can also be sexually exciting. Shower regularly and do not worry about perspiration, it will make your body feel alive.
