I have been having terrible night sweats for about two years. Over the past summer season I have experienced it so bad that going to sleep at night is becoming very unpleasant.
I am a very active person and find that when I go for a run in the afternoon the night’s sweats are not so severe. Also; I have been doing a small amount of weight training especially for my arms and waistline and also find that this seems to relieve the stress in my neck.
Stretching also seems to help relieve work related stress which I’m sure is also not good for menopause sufferers.
Exercise definitely Works, I can vouch for it!
