This is a very good and easy to follow exercise video with bands.

I have gained strength and better balance in the last 6 weeks since I have this senior resistance bands video, It has a warm-up, upper and lower body exercises, cool down with stretching and breathing exercises. In the end there is also special segment of relaxation with beautiful nature and soothing music.

Sunshine leads and shows the exercise first then she dose the exercise 10 times. The exercises are done at a slow pace making it very easy and simple to follow. There is nice music and the video is filmed on a beautiful sunny beach. I feel reinvigorated after finishing the exercises with the bands.

I recommend this to seniors and everyone want to gain strength, flexibility and better Health.
