Results time frame for seeing results from exercises

I am a female, 5'1" and 122 pounds. Besides losing a few pounds, I am looking to tone up my arms, shoulders & back before I travel to Mexico in five weeks.

Is it possible to do? I also play squash, indoor soccer & walk. If I do your 'exquisite arms' exercises every second day will I get some clear defined arms in a matter of 5 weeks or am I dreaming? When do results become visible (generally speaking)?

Hi Charlotte,

It seems you are very fir woman! Wow, it is not so often to see such energetic person – workout, squash, indoor soccer and walks! I can’t add more :-).

About seeing results – muscles. If you want to build bigger muscles than I recommend doing exercises with big weights. My “exquisite arms workout” can help you to shape muscle and you could see results for 4 weeks.

BUT you really have to do arm exercises with big weights (barbells). What is big weight? It is different for every person and you have to find it for yourself.

Big weight is if you can do only 8 reps, than rest for 30 seconds and do 7 reps, than rest for 30 seconds and do 6 reps, than rest for 30 seconds and do 5 reps, than rest for 30 seconds and do 4 reps. You must feel very exhausted after this! And it must be very difficult, especially last 2 series.

For me this is 10 lbs barbells – for you could be bigger or lighter – the only way to figure out the proper weight is to try.

Please, don’t do only exercises for muscles you want to see – this is not balanced workout and you could experience injury. For example, there are people who adore to have visible abs, they do hundreds of crunches – the result is they have strong abs and as opposite the have weak back – this cause injury.

Please do all my videos, use big barbells and you must see results after 4 weeks.

The other important thing for building muscles is food. Food containing protein feeds your muscles. In order to stimulate muscle grow you need to eat protein food – meat, fish, egg whites.

I want to tell you that you could build defined muscles but you can’t become bulky, because you are woman and women don’t have the hormone responsible for muscle growth – testosterone.
