Pregnancy Workout with Weights

I needed a pregnancy workout to get me strong for labor. I just used your arm workout video, sitting on the side of the couch for much of it because it hurts my vericose veins to stand for very long.
I feel good after doing it! I like your simple style - easy to follow and fun. I am going to do this video more times to build my endurance.
