The Perfect Butt Exercises – Squat

The perfect butt shape is very important if you want to attract the opposite sex. Before starting with the exercise explanations I want to underline that you can not get rid of trouble spot doing certain exercises – you have to workout the entire body and you need a balanced exercise plan.

Squats are not easy. You need practice to do them properly. At the beginning put something hard under your heels – this will make easier squatting. Open the legs shoulder width. The head, the back and the waist are lined. You can incline the body to the front but keep the line. Squat until you lower your butt at the level of your calves.

The other benefit of the Squat is that this is the excellent exercise for the legs – yes, you do one exercise and you train two spots – butt and legs. I know, you can’t stop thank me for sharing this with you :).
