After having my twins, I needed my time and needed to lose weight, so I joined Weight Watchers. I started to lose weight steadily and was happy with myself. Then I missed 2 weeks because my children were ill and I was told I had to pay for sessions I had not attended!!!

When I stopped going to Weight Watchers the weight crept on and on and I ended up getting heavier than I was before!!!

I then found Paul McKenna ‘I can make you thin’ and listened to the CD religiously and read the book. I found that you should eat what ever you want but only when you are hungry and visualizing looking thinner.

Yep, doesn’t sound like it should work but it did!!!

I now go to the gym 3-4 times a week to tone up and keep the weight off, but I still eat what I like which ends up being healthy anyway but I don’t have to punish myself when I want a bit of chocolate or a cake!!
