Do cellulite exercises help you to get rid of dimpling skin?
Yes, they help, but I don’t want to fool you – without a healthy diet plan you can’t treat cellulite. This is true because cellulite is fat stored in a different way under your skin. Because of the shape of female fat around thighs and buttocks, fat around these areas looks like cellulite.
Food is important part of cellulite treatment and it has 2 main angels:
1. You must have calorie deficit to reduce cellulite.
2. You must eat foods that stimulate body to throw away garbage. Drinking 4 glasses of water per day is a must, because water cleanses body garbage. And every body can drink 4 glasses of water per day! It is not 8 or 12 glasses, just 4 glasses of water do the job.
