Below is a video with cellulite exercises, it is just 5 minutes (1 set), you better do it 3 times to get 15 minutes workout. This cellulite video is a part of Wake up Lean – exercise program with 18 exercise videos (and I continue to add more videos every week and members get new videos for free).

You can workout every day for a month with different exercise video and never get bored!

Do cellulite exercises help you to get rid of dimpling skin?

Yes, they help, but I don’t want to fool you – without a healthy diet plan you can’t treat cellulite. This is true because cellulite is fat stored in a different way under your skin. Because of the shape of female fat around thighs and buttocks, fat around these areas looks like cellulite.

Food is important part of cellulite treatment and it has 2 main angels:

1. You must have calorie deficit to reduce cellulite.

2. You must eat foods that stimulate body to throw away garbage. Drinking 4 glasses of water per day is a must, because water cleanses body garbage. And every body can drink 4 glasses of water per day! It is not 8 or 12 glasses, just 4 glasses of water do the job.

That’s why in Wake up Lean you get not only exercise videos but also “28 days diet plan” with 4 meals per day, every meal is described and you can see a picture of it. And I will remind you after every meal to drink a glass of water, yes I wrote this 112 times in the diet ;-)

In my opinion everybody can cure cellulite with right cellulite exercises and right food. It is simple (but not easy) – do exercises every day (just 15 minutes) and follow reliable diet plan.

Killer Ab Workout for Women

Below is non traditional ab workout for women (actually it will work for men too, but it doesn’t build muscles). Most of you may think this is not abs workout, but it is.

If you want to burn abdominal fat than you need to exercise bigger muscles in your body in order to activate your metabolism. After you boost your metabolism the abs fat starts to burn. Read why below the video.

We have Mary and Ann that want to have flat stomach without fat over it. Both have different workout approach to achieve their goal. We need to mention that Mary and Ann follow diet plans, because without a diet you can’t lose stomach fat.

Mary does 100 crunches a day.

Ann does exercises for buttocks, thighs, chest, back and abs.

Now lets see what job does each of them.

Mary burns some calories from workout, builds some ab muscles and they burn calories along the day.

Ann burns some calories from workout (but more than Mary because she does more exercises, build some buttocks, thighs, chest, back and abs muscles which burn calories along the day.

Do you know that muscles needs calories during the day? So if you build 2 pounds (1 kilo) of muscles, you spend more calories during the day than if you don’t have 2 pounds more muscles.

Note: Don’t worry, women can’t build muscles because of their genetics. Usually women build muscles when they start to exercises (beginners) and than they only support muscles with exercise and don’t build more muscle.

So, if you workout more muscles – you burn more calories during the day when you just sit.

So who burn more calories – Mary or Ann? Of course Ann.

Now how and where you burn fat? The thing is that you can’t spot fat – you body decides where t burn fat from. Usually the most from places with more fat and this is waist line where fat stores most.

Conclusion: If you want to burn fat from any body part, do whole body exercises and leave your body to do the rest of the work. This is the reason why the above video is ab workout for women.

My site has new design yupeee :) . I am happy I managed to make this change.

How to use the new design:

If you want to go to Home page click my picture in the header of the site :-)

New workout videos can be accesses from the top black navigation; also there is a slider on the home page that shows latest 5 videos so you can follow me in my exercise routines. Check daily, cause I plan to post often new videos, like 3-4 times weekly.

I need some time to make exercise videos for download, so keep patiently and in the mean time exercises with me with Youtube video version.

There is Menu on the right, where you can access all old pages of the site (if you have some favorite articles).

Today I didn’t have time to shot new video and did one of my old workouts, see it below:
