Only 32 and had a total hysterectomy

by Pam Anderson
(Lathrop, MO US)

I would say that, the year I turned 32 was the worst and best year of my life. I had been separated from my husband for almost a year. I had been having female problems for a while then.

I went under several different medical treatments with no success. At the same time went through a horrible divorce which had to file bankruptcy. During all this my doctor told me there was nothing more she could do for me except surgery.

What a blow to take after what I was going through. August of that year I had a complete hysterectomy. It changed my life for the better. I was no longer in pain. Unfortunately I also was put on hormones.

It has been 7 years since my hysterectomy. I started having some medical problems again, doctors though I had MS, I was not going to accept that diagnosis, so I starting doing my own research. I found out that I was estrogen dominance.

I am not longer taking doctor prescribed hormones, I use all natural cream for my symptoms. My medical problems which resembled MS have now disappear since going off the estrogen.

The cream is progesterone and estrogen. I feel great. Also starting losing weight from not being on the hormones. The best part of this was I met the man of dreams.

We have been together for 6 years. Jan 26 2009 he proposed. We are getting married August 29 2009.

My belief is that everything happens for a reason good or bad. It is how you react to it that makes you a better person. Thanks for letting me share my story.

Pam
