I was sporty person in all my life. I enjoy trying different things – fitness, callanetics, yoga, and aerobics. Every new activity taught me new things such as better breathing, endurance, muscles and body knowledge. Gradually I collect big amount of information for related to women topics as exercises, nutrition, and weight loss.

I experiment different things on my self and study results. It is amazing that everything you do has immediate influence – in other words when you work you gather fruits in the end.

I met lots of women in the fitness club; they all want to look better for minimum time. And most of these women knew only that they can achieve this in the fitness club, but they didn’t know how. Women are shy to ask, they worry to ask, they think that fitness trainers are so busy and will not pay attention to their issues.

I started to help women with knowledge I have. Gradually when I saw results and women thank you me, I thought to write all information I have in my head in order to make it available for women not only in my country but why not all over the world.

I had camera and made one test video, I liked it, it is not so professional, but the most important thing was that I can show and explain (in not so good English, but I hope you will forgive me) everything I want.
