New Thigh workout!

I love the new thigh workout! I was just thinking that I should exercise my thighs more, and viola a new workout appeared. Yay! I really like the timing on the thigh exercises because I can fully complete each movement. I sometimes find the cardio on the abs workout a little too quick for me.

It’s nearly impossible to hear you with the wind and the birds. But, at least I feel like I’m in different surroundings. The birds are very pleasant. And, I can understand everything from your hand movements.

I would love an exercise routine just to get rid of the pooch (the flab over the lower abdominals). A routine that includes a variety of easy to difficult lower abdominal and love handle exercises.

I love all the workouts! I live in Dublin in a very small apartment, so it’s great to be able to get a good workout without going out in the rain.

Where did you find the thigh workout? I have just stumbled across this page and am going to try the abs, legs, butt, and back but I don’t see the thigh. Your help would be appreciated.

I have dabbled in so many classes/ routines etc, but your site has been such a great find. I am nearing 40 and am naturally slim, but tire easily. My upper body is weak and I love your arm workout- this is the first workout with weights that I can actually keep pace with and do fully. I have also tried the abs workout and that is a bit harder for me, since I couldn’t raise both my legs and my head simultaneously -but could do everything else. Is there any way to break that down slowly and do it in parts ? I also love the way you do everything in a small space without too many props – living in an New york city apartment, that is what attracted me to your videos. You are also very inspiring – a real person and not one of those perfectly face-lifted women ! Keep up the good work – I have sent your link to all my girlfriends as well..
