I have been doing your videos from more than a week now, and I'm really impressed, but i guess the changes will start to show only in a month or two... I have bought 3 Lbs dumbbells, they seems okey cos anything above that was seeming very heavy for me...
Just wanted to know if I should do all the videos in one day.. generally I do, butt and abs one day and then legs and abs the next day and I combine a little arm workout and back workout along with these everyday and a 10 minute on treadmill (I lose almost 50 calories on that)... I really don't want to cut on the abs workout... sometimes I have bloating so I guess treadmill helps me correct that... please let me know about the correct combination of videos !!!
