My Fat Battle

I have always been fat all my life. My family has a history of overweight people. I grew up watching my aunties and uncles fatness.

I was always sad, because I didn't want to end up like them. When I was a teenager my colleagues at school would make fun of my size. Watching my friends with little shorts and skirts was not easy, so when I was 17 I decided to lose weight and have my dream body.

My weight at the time was 93kg and I was only 17. I did a one year diet, found a hard job in the kitchen of a restaurant all to help me lose weight.

I ate everything but not at once. In the morning I had milk with cereals, at lunch salad or steamed vegetables with fish or chicken, afternoon fruit or fruit juice or yogurt with bread, at dinner I had vegetable soup or salad with chicken breast, or sometimes only plain yogurt or tea.

I would eat rice or pasta but only one carbohydrate per day, and small amounts. I used to exercise everyday , I did my abs workout,butt, arms,legs... mornings and before I go to sleep, at weekends I used to jog, for 30 minutes and then walk for another 30 or 40 minutes.

After 6 months I joined the gym to help me tone up my muscles. By the end of the year my weight was 68kg, I was so happy I couldn't believe myself.

I had lost so much weight, and I didn't grow fat again for 3 years after that. Now I am 25 years old and I gained all again, because I took some slimming pills and they made me gain more fat.

I'm dieting again like before, and your exercise videos are a miracle for me, and you advices. thank you.
