Lost 20 lbs. in two months

I am a 40 yr. old male, 5'-9" tall. I am transitioning. Meaning I will eventually be living as a woman full-time. On October 8, 2009, I weighed 178 lbs. In two months I've lost a total of 20 lbs. which I contribute to three things.
1. I've drastically reduced my meal portions.
2. To help with appetite, because of the reduced portions, I take Hydroxycut. It really does help.
3. Most important. I am a sugar-aholic. I'm talking about major sugar cravings. I used to make my kool-aid with two cups of sugar and eat sweets all day long. I've reduced my sugar intact by 98%.
It's amazing. The weight literally fell off. All my weight is located in my belly. Now I'm going to start exercising daily to reduce what is left of my belly and to try and tone my overall body.
I know that I am not your typical person and most people don't understand the changes that I am undertaking but if this post helps even one person, that is great.
Remember: cut out the sweets!!
