How to Lose Last Month Weight

If you are monitoring your weight strictly you know when you start to gain weight. If you take immediate action you can lose last month weight.

I call “last month weight” to weight that you gain lately, it is only a couple of pounds and you are still the same size, but you feel that all your clothes become tightened.

It is very easy to lose the last month weight. The only thing you have to do is to limit following type of foods:

  • Bread
  • All sweet things, even fruits
  • Fried food

You can eat everything that is not bread, is not sweet or fried. It is simple! And easy to do! Usually you start to feel results from the second day and after a week there is a big difference in the way you feel your clothes.

If you are in desperate need to lose weight, than add 1 hour walking every day – you will be surprised by the difference that walking makes.

For women walking while shopping can make miracles – just do it every day for a week and for 1 hour (minimum).

For men sport games make miracles – play with a friend or a colleague basketball, tennis, squash.

If you want simultaneously to lose last month weight and shape good looking buttocks and legs, than climb 20 floors every day for a month. You can divide 20 floors by 2 or 3 portions depending on your physical condition. Climbing stairs combines some very good effects:

  • It could be aerobics exercise depending how intense you do it. Aerobics exercises are good to pump up the stored fat.
  • It makes your legs’ muscles good shaped and the results is that your legs look more sexy and firm.
  • Climbing stairs is like a magic for your butt – with every stair you put good shape to your buttocks and remove fat from them.

Losing last month weight is easy but only if you take immediate action! If you think “Okay it is only a couple of pounds, I can manage this later” you are gone! Never think this way, because you will put couple of pounds the next month and go on for a year.

Finally you will be with 20 or more extra pounds and you definitely need stronger and bigger motivation to lose 20 pounds.

Remember that you can beat the recently gained weight for a week (only limit some foods and walk) but weight gained for a year or more needs more willing to do it.

Follow my rule to lose last month weight immediately and you will always look younger and healthy.
