Okay, so my concern is about the “Lose 10 lbs in 3 Days”. If I do this detox, how do I get back onto my regular diet without gaining twice as much as I lost?
I’m 5’3 and 113 lbs, 110 lbs on a good day! Now, you maybe thinking that I don’t need to be doing this detox, but trust me it’s something I really want to try.
I’m miserable if I’m not at the weight I want to be at and I just feel so disgusted with myself. So I would greatly appreciate it if you could help me out! Trust me, I’ll have more questions to come!

Hi Curious Cow lol I understand your frustration when you gain just few pounds – I feel the same way when I gain just 1-2 pounds and I feel miserable too.
Ok, so how not to gain the lost weight?
The main reason for yo yo effect is the way you eat after you stop the diet.
If you eat bad after the diet – there will be yo yo, but if you eat healthy than there is nothing to worry about.
My advice is to eat healthy after the detox and you will be on your weight.
