I am a 17 year old female, 5′ 3”, and 140 pounds. I am about 20 to 30 pounds overweight! I have tried almost everything you can think of, and I’ve tried them all as hard as possible.

Running makes me feel good, but it just doesn’t get rid of the fat.

Crunches only seem to make my tummy swell! I’ve tried diet after diet, ones that call for eating no bread, or having no butter, and so on and so forth.

I want to lose at least 20 or 30 pounds, but every day my confidence dwindles further from seeing no results from my hard work. My doctor is absolutely no help. I went to him and he called me fat!

And when I asked him for help the only thing he told me was to eat eggs for breakfast. What a help, right?

Most exercises I have done so far are not aimed at becoming muscular, because that is not my goal. I took up belly dancing because I was told it was a great way to stay in or get into shape and lose some pounds.

I have been doing it for about 5 months now, and haven’t seen much a change from it.

The biggest reason I want to lose weight is because I want to enter my senior year of high school and have everyone turn their head and say “Wow!”.

Hi Samantha, the only way to lose weight is to follow a diet plan. Chose one of mine and follow it religiously without changing anything. You will start to see results after the first week.

At the same time do 2 of my exercise videos 5 times per week.

Try one of my diets and do my exercises for a week and you will feel the change. Than continue with the diet and exercises as long as you want (until you achieve the weight you want).

I want to tell you that you MUST follow the diet exactly how it is written and no changes, nothing added by you.
