Well here is the problem with eating food like those.
My dad is a single father, and he just lost his job, and he has been struggling with buying food and healthy stuff for me, but like he buys me special k, and salad but now that he lost his job I can't have anything really, but at lunch today I have fish sticks. And I had a bowl of cereal this morning.
But I stay up late at night because I have insomnia, so I don't sleep much anyway.
All I need is 3 to 4 hours of sleep and I'll be good.
My body is mostly muscle, but not fully, and I just have extra fat that I'm trying to get rid of, mainly my stomach and thighs.
So what should I do for that?

Tess, I think you are doing really well and you don't have to worry about burning fat, because you workout more than enough. The fat will disappear, just keep doing your drills and workouts.
I am really sorry that your dad lost his job, hope this to be changed soon to better!
