Instead of fish can I eat chicken or beef to lose weight?

I am trying to lose weight, but all of the diets I find say that I should eat a lot of fish. But the thing is, I am allergic to fish and I get very sick if I eat it.

So my question is this, instead of fish, can I maybe eat chicken or beef?

Hi Hannah Marie, you can successfully replace fish wit chicken breast and beef fillet. Also turkey is good.

Here are my diet plans they contain not only fish but also chicken and beef. Wherever is written fish replace it and the diet will still work.

For better results I would suggest to exercise at least 30-40 minutes 4-5 times per week.

The result after combining exercise videos and diet is brilliant!
