I can’t get rid of the fat around my stomach area, starting from upper to the lower, the most problematic area being the protruding love handles, I am in my early 50′s and I am not a very disciplined exerciser and that probably has something to do with my not getting rid of them, but my most pressing issue is is this: I used to be able to get rid of them pretty fast by bike riding and doing yoga and doing aerobics at home but these don’t work anymore it seems.
I really enjoyed your video.
Thanks,
Sue

Hi Sue, I get this question from time to time and I can answer from what I read (not experienced). Most probably you are experiencing hormone change and maybe this is the reason of your resistable abdominal fat.
I suggest to do something different from what you did in the past, because the body gets used to it.
First thing is to start a diet plan, you need calorie deficiency to start burn stored fat.
Second is exercise. Do my workout videos:

cardio exercise routine, it is different from common understanding for cardio, it is exercises performed intense and even you will not jump or run your will stay breathless.
I would suggest to continue with yoga because it helps to stay flexible and it balances the function of internal organs.
Check this article about belly fat in women.
Also try weight exercises. Do hard exercises, aim for few reps with big weights, but first assure you don’t have bone issues.
Also, it is a good idea to check your hormones.
All the best,
Rumi
