sorry no whole body pics
- I exercise 5 times a week (running and weight training-free weights following a DVD).
- I weigh about 55kgs and I am 5 feet flat (I think my ideal weight should be 50kgs) I am a 38 year old female.
- I work graveyard shifts and I do have the time to cook.
- I jog/walk for an hour and do weight training for 30 to 45 minutes after my run.
- I always try to watch what I eat but I give my self a break in a week, but still try to control my treats in moderation.
- Despite these efforts I haven’t lost a weight in a month after I lost the first 5 kgs
help…..:)

Hi JC, usually weight loss plateau happens when your body gets used to what you do. The body adapts fast to any condition and this is the biggest survival aspect.
You need to change your exercise routine and diet.
If you tried my cardio video you saw there is no running at all. The thing with running is the same pace you maintain and this is not effective cardio for weight loss.
Cardio/Aerobics doesn’t mean only to jog or run. You can do any exercises in fast pace and it becomes cardio.
So my advice is to do different exercise routines and to try different diet plans (you can alternate every week my diet plans).
If you like to jog and run, than do it in intervals. 30-60 seconds run very very fast, than 30-60 seconds run moderately. This is the effective weight loss cardio and it will beat the plateau.
Hope this helps,
Rumi
