Hello, I am a stay at home mom. I have 3 kids so I am on a tight budget. I am 5’5″ and I weight 156 lbs. I would like to weight between 125 – 130 lbs with no baby belly fat. lol
I cook just about every night. I try and go to the gym 3 times a week but it doesn’t always happen.
I joined a spin class at the gym and I go every Tuesday night.
I eat all day long.
I have breakfast (cereal with milk)
then later a snack (either fruits, yogurt or a bagel).
Lunch comes around (sometimes noodles, soup or sandwich)
then a little while later a snack (cookies or a little cake; I know not healthy).
After I get my kids from school we all eat a snack together. (usually something like fruits, yogurt, pizza rolls, crackers or rolled lunchmeat).
At dinner I cook either chicken, pork chops or beef with pasta or potatoes and a veggie.
After dinner we have a snack. I know that I consume too many calories but I’m always hungry and I don’t like too many veggies but I love fruit.
Help! What should I do?
Thanks

Hi Karine, I think you know the answer of you question – you really eat much and not healthy. I would suggest what to eat to every your meal:
Breakfast is ok, only check the carbs in the cereal must be less than 30% per 100 grams.
Snack – non sweat yogurt (plain) is ok – fruit and bagel are not good because they contain carbs and all they you eat carbs that’s why you can’t reduce belly fat.
Lunch is not healthy again. Try to eat grilled or baled lean meat (chicken breasts, turkey, salmon, trout, tuna) with fresh salad (no sauce, use only salt, vinegar and a spoon of olive oil).
Than you have 2 snacks, ok let think of something healthy again.
Snack – 2 boiled eggs (cookies and cakes again have lots of carbs).
Snack with kids – an apple is ok, but other food that you mentioned is not healthy (pizza rolls, crackers or rolled lunchmeat).
Dinner again must be grilled lean meat and fresh salad. Potatoes and pasta are forbidden!
Late snack – this can be only salad – from lettuce or cucumbers or tomatoes – no sauce, only salt, vinegar and a spoon of olive oil.
Hope this helps,
Rumi
