I want to lose a couple of kilos which piled up sudenly

I am a fairly health conscious person. I try and regulate my food intake as much as possible with only an occasional chocolate or fried stuff.
I exercise for 5 days a week (following your exercise videos) and have managed to stay trim so far.
But, last month I went to visit my mother for a week and had to forgo my workouts. Not only that, I ate quite a lot of heavy meals and now I have gained two kilos and lost some muscle tone.
Please tell me how I can lose the unwanted weight fast and go back to my former self.
