I want a 6 pack

I want to know how I can form the perfect 6 pack? My upper and middle abs are getting there but my lower abs are still a bit flabby what can I do??? :)

Hi Elena, congrats for your success having underlined upper and middle abs - this is good starting point for getting perfect 6 abs.
While exercises for lower, middle and upper part are obvious, many people can't understand that they have 6 pack abs, but they can't see them under the fat layer.
Maybe this is not your case because you say your lower abs are "flabby". Have you tried my abdominal workout? It is very good (sorry for bragging my self lol), because it has exercises for all abdominal areas - upper, middle, lower and SIDEs.
My recommendation is to do this workout in order to tighten the abs. Here are my free exercise videos. Please, do not only abs exercises but exercises for all body parts, because doing only certain exercises can make you trauma.
Now about how to make those abs visible? You have to burn the fat laying over your abs or you will never see them. How to check if you have much fat, just pinch your skin above the lower abs - is it a thin skin only, you grab not so thinner skin?
The skin is very thing it is some millimeters, now you can imagine how much you have to melt.
The only way to burn the fat (not only from abs) is to have calorie deficiency - this means to follow a diet. You need to eat less energy than you spend - in this case your body starting to burn the fat.
The simplest diet advice is to eat 4-5 times per day small portions of lean meat and fresh salad. Because you eat often you don't experience cravings and because you eat only protein food (meat) you nourish only your muscles.
Add 40 minutes exercises per day together with a diet and after a month you will see these desired 6 pack abs.
