I am a 29yr old female, currently at 190lbs, 5'9. I'm looking to be at about 150-155lbs.
Right now I'm doing an at-home workout routine. I have lost 9 lbs but now I seem to be at a standstill.
Because of the many problems that run through my family genetically, I honestly REALLY need and want to be healthier and lose the extra weight on me.
I want to change for me and my children. I used to be very active with them and now I can barely find the energy to get up and run around with them.
I miss that...ALOT.
I've been eating better and exercising more but I don’t think my workout is doing all that it needs to. I don’t like to diet.
I believe that changing the way I eat and my activities is what really makes the difference.
