I tried everything up to South Beach Diet to Jenny Craig
Yes, I tried to lose weight. I tried for days, weeks, months and years! It seemed like nothing was working. I tried different diets, work-outs, and I even went to the extreme, I tried pills.
I'm a 19 year old girl that weighs about 175-180 pounds and I am 5'8. For years I've been trying to lose at least 50 pounds. Exercising was my biggest challenge. I wasn’t very active or a big "exerciser", but one day I looked at myself and said "I need to fix this problem."
So I grabbed checkbook, drove to the nearest gym, and got my membership. I tried as much as I could, but the weight never seemed to leave my body. Then one day my trainer told me, it was my diet.
I tried everything up to South Beach Diet to Jenny Craig. It seemed to be working at first, but going to college and working my part time job I couldn't afford it anymore.
I had to cancel my gym membership and even my diet plans. This brought me to the extreme, I had to start taking pills.
I tried metabolife pills, but after they were taken off the market, I had nowhere else to turn. It seemed like things were starting to work, but when I had to pay everything off, things just went back to the way it was before.
Now, I try everything I can, without costing me much. I try and do my own exercises, sit-ups, crunches, and push-ups. I try and get as much weight advice and workouts from the internet also, so all I ask for is to try your advice as well, by using the videos to make myself healthier and happier.
