I realize how important it is for me to lose this weight

I'm a mother of 2 boys, my oldest son is 5 years old and my youngest is 7 months. Growing up, I was a very skinny child, in fact my parents would have to force me to sit and eat.

Now I eat till I'm full. I never really felt so shape less in my life being at 190LBS and 5'8.

When I got my doctors "okay" I started taking my babies for a long walks. I would push my youngest in the stroller everyday rain or shine for 30 minutes. I would split the walk - 15 min in the morning, 15 minutes later in the evening. I would also have my youngest ride his bike while I speed walked...

I don't know a thing or 2 about dieting and when I read about it - I need a diet that will fit my life style. I sit at the table and eat with my children. I cut out all the junk in my diet, soft drinks, and no snacking desserts, pre cookfoods ect. I lost 30 pounds before I knew it.

I can't afford a gym membership, fitness instructor, but I want to make a difference in my life. I want to make a difference in my children s life, for my myself.....

I want to be THIN... Weighing in at 160pounds today and my goal is to be 135 - 140 I need to lose 20 more pounds. After visiting your site yesterday with the Thursday 20 minute video I felt as if I kicked some butt - and the best part my 5 year old had allot of fun with the punches and kicks.

This is when I realize how important it is for me to lose this weight and for my children.
