I need to lose the largest ever at 60 pounds

Hello! My name is Heather. I weigh in at a weight of 170. I have a large goal loss of 60 pounds making my goal weight 110 pounds. I am 33 years of age and have 6 children. Two of them have been by cesarean.
Before having children I was in the military and strong but now consider myself quite weak comparatively. I gained 31-50 pounds during my pregnancies and had gestational diabetes with a few.
My weight has fluctuated between pregnancies. After my second child I was down to a size 6/7,but gained it back with the next two children. Then after the 4th child I went on a strict Atkins diet and worked out to " Walk away the pounds" sometimes twice a day.
After 2 months I had lost only 15 pounds but had lost inches as well and was then back down to a 7 size. It was a very hard diet however. As soon as I started eating normally I gained a lower belly pooch that never again went away .. to my dismay!
Now I need to lose the largest ever at 60 pounds. The battle of the wills and expense is overwhelming, as I grew to be a comfort eater.
I enjoy working out but want effective results for the effort. I also should say that I have chronic fatigue and so therefore receive joint pain upon doing some of the extensive workouts that are to be bought because of the weights ( which I Love).
I like that this website is both, effective and practical...it sure beats trying to workout with video women who have eccentric bodies and fake everything! I would be grateful at being chosen the winner of these DVD's as my husband is now unemployed.
I do not have direct access to a computer in an area of working out. Thank you for considering me as this months DVD winner! Bless you Rumi for this site!
